523Music: A Sanctuary for the Technical Artist
Located on the serene shores of Lake Ray Hubbard in Rowlett, TX, 523Music is a boutique recording studio designed to bridge the gap between technical precision and creative flow. We offer a high-fidelity sanctuary where recording artists, broadcasters, and creators can fine-tune their frequency in an environment built for inspiration.
Why 523? In acoustic physics, 523 Hz is the physical frequency of C5—the legendary "High C." It represents the soaring vocal note of emotional climax and creative breakthrough. We built 523Music to help you hit that exact point of resonance. Find your frequency.

Inside the Studio
Real conversations. Raw performances. High-fidelity signal.
See how we capture live creative energy on the patio and broadcast local talent to the world.
Video 1 (Left): Music Over Drinks — Patio Interview with Carlos
Pull up a chair on the 523 Music Patio. In this session, we sit down with Carlos (Tiny Stage/Olate Power Productions) to break down his long history of planning and community building from the public library, a competitive soccer league in Denton, TX and building real music community right in Garland, TX with the Tiny Stage that started at the Bee Hippy Hemp Store. It’s unscripted conversation about the grassroots hustle and high-fidelity organizing.
Video 2 (Right): Three-Man Acoustic Jam — Song Release Broadcast
Some songs are written; others are received.
August 8th marks the wedding anniversary of my parents. Following the recent transition of my Pops from this realm to the next, I was inspired to channel that memory, love, and legacy into a new track.
To mark the official release of the song across all streaming platforms—and ahead of a special limited vinyl pressing—I gathered on the patio with my dear brothers Lucas (@thewronglucas) and Randy Dowden Jr. (@randydowdenjr) for a live acoustic broadcast with Carlos running the Tascam Model 12.
523 Hz is the physical frequency of High C—the note of emotional climax and spiritual breakthrough. This session captures that exact point of resonance: honoring where we come from, holding space for those who guided us, and celebrating the healing power of shared music.

Your Questions, Answered
What does 523 mean?
Every sound has a frequency. Every artist has a pitch.
In acoustic physics, 523 Hz represents C5—the legendary "High C." It’s the soaring vocal note of emotional climax, clarity, and breakthrough. It is the moment in a song where tension resolves into pure energy.
We named 523 Music after that exact point of resonance.
We built this studio, patio circle, and media studio as a sanctuary for creators to step out of friction, break through writer's block, and reach their personal peak. Whether you’re dialing in a vocal track, working through a new chord progression at the Song Lab, or tracking a live album on the patio—we’re here to help you hit your high mark.
Don't just record. Find your frequency.
Is an audio engineer included with my tracking block?
Every single session is overseen and set up by the Facility Host to handle routing and ensure our signature, high-output sound parameters are dialed in perfectly. If you have a trusted, professional freelance engineer you prefer to track your files, they are welcome to operate the room once vetted and approved prior to load-in.
What format will I receive my audio files in?
We deliver a "USDA Prime cut"—meaning completely raw, high-fidelity, unseasoned multi-track WAV stems exported straight from our specialized Tascam Model 12 signal path. You take the raw files home on a physical drive or cloud link to marinate, dry rub, or deep-fry to absolute perfection in your final mix. Rush delivery options are available during checkout if you’re on a tighter schedule.
Can we bring our own instruments, amplifiers, and drums?
Absolutely. While we provide direct access to an elite professional backline (including premium Randall, Aguilar, and Boss Katana amplification rigs, and optimized multi-mic arrays), your creative identity is paramount. You are welcome to load in your signature gear to capture your exact grit. We also offer several 6 string electric or acoustic guitars as well as a 4 and 5 string Bass guitar for rent if needed. Other instruments are available, just ask and we may have what you need.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Because we operate as an exclusive, boutique space with dedicated block scheduling, all sales are final once secured. If an unexpected emergency arises, you may reschedule your tracking block up to 7 days prior to your session date without forfeiting your booking deposit.
Do you offer mastering or final mixing services?
523 Music is explicitly designed as a pristine, high-fidelity tracking and broadcasting sanctuary to capture foundational sonic heat. We do not provide standard post-production mixing or mastering services, allowing us to focus 100% of our energy on tracking the rawest, purest performance possible.
